The Haflinger Horse discovered us after falling in love with them on our trip to Austria. We dispersed our farm of other equine breeds to focus on this wonderful breed.
Sugar Creek Haflinger Farm is a small breeding farm in the Allegheny Mountains of Pennsylvania. We specialize in hand raising quality Haflingers for that quiet temperament.
Our herd Sire, Ahearn DDR, is a Son of a British Imported Stallion Aaran Topmoor, is not only beautiful but has the best temperament and passes it on to his offspring.
Our herd is small, so daily handling is routine and from the first day, they learn trust and respect for people of all ages. We enjoy watching our horses develop into wonderful family horses and move on to new homes and adventures.
